Donald K. Jones

Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years in the medical device industry, Donald is an experienced executive with a proven track record commercializing medical devices from concept, directing advanced R&D programs focused on unmet clinical needs, providing strategic intellectual property development and implementing health care compliance programs. Donald received a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Florida and is credited with 87 issued U.S. Patents.  

Vladimir Mitelberg

Chief Technical Officer

Vladimir (Vlad) has over 40 years of broad engineering experience with an emphasis on the development of innovative medical devices. The breadth of Vlad’s technical expertise is substantial and includes 3D CAD with FEA, a wide variety manufacturing processes and materials (including Nitinol) and the development of manual and automated instrumentation. Vlad’s exceptional problem solving skill drives successful outcomes throughout concept development, prototyping and manufacturing implementation. Vlad received a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Belarusian State Polytechnic Institute in Minsk and is credited with 99 issued U.S. Patents.
